About Us

Joe de Vera is the Founder & CEO of Sage 1 Financial LLC. He brings nearly 40 years of expertise in banking, commercial real estate lending, and investment. Throughout his career, he has managed teams, advised wealth management and private banking clients, and successfully closed and funded more than $400 million in commercial and consumer real estate loans. Additionally, he has overseen a $20 million Private Equity Real Estate fund.

A dedicated leader, Joe has served as Board Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for numerous nonprofit organizations, advisory boards, and school boards, including the Idaho Charter School Commission, North Star Charter School Board, Junior Achievement of Idaho, United Way of Treasure Valley, and the St. Luke's Meridian Advisory Council.

With a proven history of achievement in banking and real estate finance, coupled with a strong record of leadership and mentorship, Joe now leverages his 35+ years of business acumen to support fellow CEOs in the Boise and Southern Idaho market.
